Frequently asked questions
Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment. Hackel's operates exclusively through our online store, so all orders are placed directly on this website.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Square, plus any other options available at checkout.
How long does my order take?
3 to 5 business days once the order has been processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and exceptional carrier delays can happen.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive tracking information to follow the delivery status.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final because of the collectible nature of our products. See our returns & refunds policy for non-delivery cases.
